A sign reads "Dr. P's Mindful Moments" in bold letters. As she enters the serene space, she feels a sense of calm and clarity wash over her. She takes in the surroundings and sees the locals walking around in robes, smiling and bowing at her. She returns the gesture, feeling welcomed and at peace.
DR. P appears from the other side of the garden dressed in comfortable robes.
DR. P: "Welcome, my dear. I am so glad you've decided to join us for our meditation retreat. Let's get you settled in."
Dr. P takes the Protagonist to her cabin- a small and cozy wooden cottage with a comfortable king-sized bed, a small dresser, and a chair with a side table next to it. She leaves her there, reminding her that she's free to explore the area after some rest.
Protagonist unpacks her backpack, takes a deep breath, and hears the sound of the flowing stream outside her cottage. She smiles and is delighted by the sound which awakens her senses. She feels at ease.

Protagonist listens to every word and attempts to do as instructed. As Dr. P meditates, the room fills with a serene energy, and Protagonist can feel her mind wandering slowly.

NATIVE: "It's a lavender herb. It's used for medicinal purposes. Would you like to try it?"
PROTAGONIST: "Yes, please."
The native hands her the lavender and rubs some onto her hands. She closes her eyes, takes a deep breath, and feels more relaxed than ever before.
CUT TO:
INT. MEDITATION HALL - EVENING
Dr. P and the retreat participants are meditating together. The room is silent, peaceful. Protagonist can feel the energy growing stronger and more intense. A wave of emotions from her past hits her.
